If you’re not completely satisfied with your Sinkerella purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to offer a thoughtful and fair resolution — whether that’s a replacement, refund, or alternative solution.

Return Eligibility

Returns are eligible when:

  • The product is unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging is included
  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Used or opened fly catchers
  • Opened attractant refills or consumable products
  • Subscription refill shipments once shipped
  • Final sale, promotional, or limited-edition items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info.sinkerella@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once confirmed, we will promptly arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email info.sinkerella@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
If approved, you will receive clear return instructions.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider

If an item does not meet return eligibility, it may be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, simply return your eligible product and place a new order.

Subscription Orders

Subscription refill orders may be cancelled or modified up to 48 hours before shipment.
Once shipped, subscription items are non-refundable.

International Orders

For international purchases:

  • Return shipping, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping fees, customs charges, and import duties are non-refundable
